Use this Deck Spacers™ calculator to figure out how many Deck Spacers™ are needed.

Step 1:

Secure first deck board perpendicular to joists (make sure it's square).
|

Step 2:
|
 |
Position Deck Spacers™ on each joist. Press until snug against joist.
|
|
Step 3:
|
 |
Position next deck board firmly against Deck Spacers™.
|
 |
Hammer or screw in deck boards to joists. Repeat until deck is complete, and perfectly straight!
